Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Tuesday met Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari in New Delhi and sought early approvals for key national highway and road infrastructure projects in the state.The Chief Minister urged the Centre to grant permission to begin construction of the northern part of the Regional Ring Road (RRR), stating that 95% of land acquisition has already been completed. He also requested immediate clearance for the southern part of the RRR, saying simultaneous construction of both stretches would reduce costs and expedite completion.Revanth Reddy also sought approval for the proposed Hyderabad–Amaravati Greenfield Highway under the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, a 12-lane Bharat Future City–Amaravati–Port corridor, forest clearances for the Mannanur–Srisailam Elevated Corridor, and a six-lane alternative highway between Hyderabad and Mancherial.
