The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) Hyderabad on Thursday announced that the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026 will be held from August 28 to 30 at Halls 1 & 3, HITEX Exhibition Centre, bringing together more than 100 RERA-approved residential and commercial projects under one roof.
Announcing the event, CREDAI Hyderabad President N. Jaideep Reddy said this year’s theme, “Rate Aagadhu – Demand Thaggadhu,” reflects Hyderabad’s strong real estate market, driven by robust infrastructure growth, a thriving IT sector, sustained buyer confidence and steady appreciation in property prices.

He said the property show aims to encourage homebuyers to invest now rather than wait for prices to decline, as demand for quality housing in Hyderabad continues to rise. The exhibition will feature verified RERA-approved projects, enabling buyers to interact directly with developers, compare properties and receive financial guidance from leading banks and housing finance institutions.
Jaideep Reddy said the event will also host a series of discussions involving government officials, industry leaders and real estate research agencies to provide prospective buyers with insights into Hyderabad’s evolving real estate landscape and help them make informed investment decisions.
CREDAI Hyderabad President-Elect B. Jagannath Rao said transparency and credibility remain the organisation’s top priorities. He noted that property prices in prime locations such as Gachibowli have witnessed significant appreciation over the years and are expected to continue rising due to sustained demand and infrastructure development.

The property show will showcase apartments, villas, plotted developments, commercial spaces and office properties across Hyderabad. Leading banks and financial institutions will also offer on-the-spot home loan consultations and financing options, making the home-buying process more convenient for visitors.

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Thursday inspected the ongoing repair and restoration works at the historic Telangana Legislative Assembly building in Hyderabad.
The Chief Minister toured the Assembly premises and reviewed the progress of the restoration works with officials. He was briefed on the status of the renovation and conservation activities and issued several directions to ensure that the restoration is carried out while preserving the heritage and historical significance of the iconic building.

Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh Cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, met at the State Secretariat in Amaravati on Thursday to deliberate on key policy and administrative matters concerning the state’s development.
The meeting was attended by members of the State Cabinet, who discussed a range of issues related to governance, infrastructure, welfare programmes and development initiatives. Decisions taken during the Cabinet meeting are expected to be announced separately by the State Government.
Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday virtually launched the “Mee Bhoomi–Blockchain” pilot project from the State Secretariat, marking a major step towards securing land records through blockchain technology.
Developed by the State Revenue Department, the project aims to provide permanent security for land records by assigning a unique digital identity to every land parcel. The blockchain-based system will ensure tamper-proof and secure land transactions while preventing issues such as double registration.
The initiative will serve as a single source of truth for land records by integrating the Revenue, Survey and Registration departments onto a unified digital platform. The system has been jointly developed by NIC Andhra Pradesh and the Centre of Excellence in Blockchain Technology, NIC Bengaluru, using Hyperledger Fabric technology.

The pilot project will be implemented in Aspari (Kurnool district), Penumuru (Chittoor district), Repalle (Bapatla district), Gannavaram (Krishna district), Kadiyam (East Godavari district), Gummalakshmipuram (Parvathipuram Manyam district) and Kothavalasa (Vizianagaram district).
Revenue Minister Anagani Satya Prasad, Chief Secretary G. Sai Prasad, senior officials from the Revenue, Survey and Registration departments, and District Collectors from various districts participated in the virtual launch.
