Nehru Zoological Park in Hyderabad sees thousands of visitors keep coming in
Hyderabad: 07.06.2026. The Nehru Zoological Park has been becoming a popular visiting place. On Sunday, the Nehru Zoological Park in Hyderabad saw thousands of visitors. As expected from parking, drinking water, and washrooms. An additional booking counter has also been opened.

As a part of Praja Palana – Pragathi Pranalike celebrations today the Day7 is scheduled for the Bird walk. A team of 70 Bird watchers from Hyderabad Birding Pals visited the Hyd Zoo today in the early morning hours and recorded more than 60 species of birds sighted in the free ranging.

However, the highest crowd was recorded in the month of May, 2026. She also thanked to all the Zoo staff members for showing their commitment to the duty irrespective of summer holidays to their children.
(Twenty Four Thousand Two hundred and ten) visitors witnessed Nehru Zoological Park in Hyderabad. As expected from the earlier years’ visitation, this year also more number of visitors has shown interest in visiting the Zoo. The Zoo management deputed all the officers on duty. They look after hygiene, internal transport, visitors facilities like Parking, drinking water, and washrooms. Also, additional booking counters were opened.
The Nehru Zoological Park is housing more than 195 species of animals in an area of 380 acres and known as one of best Zoo in the country. According to Telangana Tourism 2025 -26 statistics declaring that Zoo has bagged top place in the state to attract maximum number (more than 2 million) of visitors in Telangana.
