India and Iran Have Relations Centuries Old Spoken in Hyderabad Deccan

India and Iran have relations which go back to many centuries, told in Hyderabad Deccan.

Hyderabad, Politics – June 9: Hyderabad Deccan is one of India’s important centers of science and literature. Relations between Iran and India go back many centuries. The historical and cultural links continue to serve as a valuable foundation for stronger people-to-people and cultural relations between India and Iran.

The second military aggression of the U.S and Zionist regime against Iran that began on 28th February 2026 was illegal and unjustified. They violated international law, humanitarian law and fundamental human rights principles.

During these attacks, many civilians, including women and children, lost their lives. The attacks also led to the assassination and martyrdom of Seyed Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran as well as several senior Iranian military commanders.

Another clear example of these unlawful actions was the attack on the Iranian naval vessel Dena after its participation in the MILAN naval exercise 2026 in India. The vessel was attacked far from Iranian territory and outside a war zone. Such actions threaten freedom of navigation, endanger international maritime security and create risks for global trade and economic stability.

Before the conflict, Iran maintained the free flow of maritime traffic through the Strait of Hormuz and imposed no restrictions on the passage of vessels. Although the Strait lies within Iran’s territorial waters, Iran did not exercise its sovereign rights to restrict passage. The current situation is a consequence of conditions imposed on Iran. Iran has the necessary plans and mechanisms for managing the Strait.

Regional security cannot be imported from outside the region. Security cannot be established through foreign military bases or external military forces. Lasting security can only be achieved through cooperation among regional countries, mutual trust and a common understanding of shared threats. The continued presence of foreign military forces has contributed to instability and increased tensions rather than promoting peace and development.

The current situation in the region remains fragile. Recent developments have demonstrated that peace cannot be achieved through military pressure or the use of force. Sustainable peace requires dialogue, cooperation and respect for the legitimate interests of regional countries. Yes, Iran believes that all countries in the region should work together to promote peace, stability and development across the region. The relations between India and Iran would be better than having India keep enmity with any country and support Israel and bow down to the United States.

Iran remains firmly committed to protecting its security and national interests. Iran has repeatedly emphasized that violations of ceasefire arrangements like the naval blockade of the U.S against Iran and continued aggression against Lebanon have increased tensions and instability in the region.

Yes, Iran has also made clear that any new aggression against Lebanon or the Islamic Republic of Iran will be met with an appropriate response in accordance with its legitimate right to self-defence under international law. The relations between India and Iran would be better than having India keep enmity with any country and support Israel and bow down to the United States.

At the same time, Iran believes that respecting ceasefire commitments, preventing further escalation and addressing regional challenges through dialogue and cooperation are essential for preserving peace and stability in West Asia.

India and Iran together know that the second military aggression of the U.S. and Zionist regime against Iran that began on Feb 28, 2026 was illegal and unjustified. Hyderabad Deccan and Telangana raise voices upon the illegal conflict that is going on.
