Netanyahu is complicating Trump’s negotiations
Netanyahu is complicating Trump’s negotiations. The one man who stands tall in the midst of negotiations and deals with Iran is Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu. The United States President is desperate for a deal and will be in trouble if there is no exit for him. Trump knows that if the conflict or war with Iran resumes, it will hit the American economy, and Trump’s role as a failed President would be exposed.
Netanyahu is complicating Trump’s negotiations with Iran, even though Trump keeps Pakistan as a mediator and looks forward to a deal. Iran, on the other hand, refuses to agree to any ‘undisclosed points’ issued by Trump to reach a deal.
The war has been ongoing for many more months, even with some ceasefires in between, as is the case now. However, Trump has nothing to do with it, even if the Strait of Hormuz is closed for a long time.
Earlier, Trump publicly said that America won’t be affected by the closure of the Strait of Hormuz on his Truth Social. But this remains a battle for Trump to move on by exiting from the conflict. Yet it is a tough battle, as Netanyahu is complicating the negotiations, prolonging the war even further. The ceasefire isn’t that strong; anyone can violate it at any time.
Trump is now in deep trouble as he’s fighting another country’s war. On behalf of Israel, Trump has to play a key role to avoid more damage to his leadership role and then support the allies by concluding talks with Iran.
Iran is defiant and is not listening to what Trump is trying to assure it, because Netanyahu’s strikes on Lebanon and Gaza have not stopped.
Netanyahu also violates the ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon, as well as with Gaza. He continues to strike Lebanon. On the other hand, Iran, by thinking proactively, decides not to talk when Israel is unstoppable. Iran’s officials and the Supreme Leader warned that they will come back with more powerful strikes this time. Enough is enough for Iran, and to support its allies, Iran says to vacate the northern part of Israel to attack sometime. Iran knows Israel’s plan to make a greater Israel, but the Gulf states do not know.
