Eid al-Adha Wishes Circulating Around The World From Today
Eid al-Adha wishes around the world began after the animals were sacrificed and prayers were offered. Muslims around the world celebrate two Eids every year, and Eid al-Fitr comes first after a month of fasting. A day later, from Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries to the Western part, the two Eids will mostly be celebrated in South Asia. In India, in the state of Kerala, the Eids will be celebrated according to the dates set by Saudi Arabia.
In India, Hindus worship the cows as they say cow maata or cow is their mother, and mostly, Muslims sacrifice goats because even male cows are not allowed to be slaughtered. The goats for Qurbani, or sacrifice, must be at least a year old, healthy and have no milk teeth. Muslims have to distribute a part of the meat of the sacrificed animal to their relatives and the needy or deserving, and also look after their neighbourhood.
Muslims can store or refrigerate some meat for later cooking for up to a few days. Every organ or part of the goat is halal except for some restrictions, like the skin, tail, and so on. Eid al-Adha wishes have been going on on social media too.
Some Muslims are so good that they visit their relatives and join in their celebration. Eid al-Adha makes everyone, including non-Muslims, earn money. Butchers from villages come to the city and have busy days, a couple of days or more. They charge a minimum of ₹1500 per goat, or more, to slaughter, cut the pieces, and clean the meat.
The most beautiful aspect of Eid al-Adha is the distribution of meat to the needy and deserving. People seldom consume their favourite non-veg, and they are also desperate to eat meat to enjoy their food. Eid al-Adha keeps everyone happy, from the rich to the lower class.
